Architectural Services include the designing part starting from project Inception, Schematic design to Design development

The planning of the projects start with the project inception. Working together with client, we shall share the projects needs and demands.

During the stage of Schematic design we will begin by preparing the preliminary dseign sketches based on the clients requirement and budget to explore and illustrate all the possible options. After discussion, we'll review all the options amd further incorporate the clients input.

Further with Design development, we refine the agreed upon schematic deisgn for a clearer definition of the scope and quality of the finished project. Taking the clients budget into consideration, the adjustments are made accordingly.
